Flats Flats Flats

Has anyone else been on a hunt for a few good pairs of flats this season? I inevitably end up throwing out a pair or two at the end of each summer or fall, so there are generally a couple of gaps to fill by the time spring rolls around!

It wasn’t until the past year or so that I really started getting on board with pointed toe flats (#teamballetflats), but have come to realize that they’re just enough to dress up an outfit–especially in the office– when you don’t want to wear heels. J.Crew has been killing the flat game as far as I’m concerned, and both these and these are high up on my wishlist right now (they’re actually both 25% off today, which isn’t reflected in the graphic above). M.Gemi has also been popping up around here a lot, and with good reason! Their shoes are quickly becoming some of my favorites, and they’ve given me a discount code to share with you guys (more on this in the coming weeks!), so it’s a little easier to take the first plunge. While the prices can appear to be a bit high, they’re worth it for what you get: phenomenal customer service, very high-quality Italian materials (their shoes are so, so well-made), and free shipping + returns.

Have you found any good flats this season? I’d love to know! Old Navy usually comes through with a pair or two for me, but I had to send these back…they hurt! Such a shame since it’s nice to have a couple inexpensive ones in your arsenal.

i only wear pointed toe flats anymore – like you said they make an outfit more put together in a chic way.
I love my pair from Everlane and I have an older pair from Joie that I literally wore until it fell apart.
    Great selection!

It’s funny how our preferences change! Pointed toe flats were never on my radar growing up. Can’t go wrong with Everlane!
