Snow Day Shopping

I wasn’t going to publish a post today because the typical Wednesday post was going to go up tomorrow (it’ll be a fun one!), but we’ve been blessed with a snow day so figured I’d round up a few warm weather finds–because doesn’t everyone spend at least some of snowy day online shopping? I was weirdly convinced we’d get snow in March this winter and I’m just happy it happened…even better that it’s on a Wednesday, since it makes a great mid-week treat!

Also, I know I’ve been doing a lot more shopping posts lately…it sort of goes back to not having been in town to shoot original content, so rest assured regularly scheduled programming will be back really soon (as in next week!). While shopping off-season is still my MO, it’s always really fun to see what stores release for the upcoming season so figured that if I’m going to browse, it would be unfair not to share the highlights ;)

A couple of notes…

Banana Republic is so frequently overlooked, perhaps due to their incessant sales that, at least in my mind, continually devalue their brand. Thing is, they do consistently have some gems season after season–I also like that many of their items are both machine washable or hand wash (aka throw it in a mesh bag on the most delicate cycle with cold water). This top doesn’t require a strapless bra and is mostly cotton, and how pretty are these earrings?

Also, these sandals are literally $11.50 today–amazing.

Everlane recently released some new mid-rise jeans and they’re a great deal at $68–I also love this striped shirtdress that sadly would look so unflattering with my broader shoulders. If you don’t have that issue, it looks perfect for desk to drinks once it’s warm out!
