A Shop I Love for Personalized Stationery + Business Cards

I’m convinced that no matter what technological advances come our way during my lifetime, I will always be pro-handwritten correspondence. There is something much more personal about something that is physically written (vs. type behind a screen), not to mention the inevitable excitement of receiving something fun in the mail! My collection of stationery and cards is disproportionally large to our storage space but I don’t ever see that changing. It’s fun to grow my collection during trips, when someone I love is having a sale, or when I discover a new paper good retailer or brand.

In the realm of online stationery, I first came across Basic Invite a couple of years ago and am excited to share them with you today! They’re essentially a one stop shop for paper goods and they make the design process incredibly simple. Prices are reasonable, too, and shipping is quick–both things that can be hard to come by in the custom stationery market.

These are the “Circle Monogram Business Stationery” cards. You can customize the colors for both the type and the circle…there are literally over 100 colors and shades to choose from. I was especially drawn to this design because it’s versatile and just as appropriate for a quick note to a friend as they are for a work-related thank you note.

Given my own needs at the moment, I’m partial to the custom stationery. But they have so much more on their site… if you’re a business owner or are in need of biz cards, they have awesome business cards (including graphic designer business cards, which I’m tempted by for my freelance design work). They also do holiday photo cards and non-photo cards if that’s your preference. You can make a wedding website and choose from invitations for every type of event under the sun–they truly cover all the bases. Like I said, I’m a huge fan of how customizable everything is and how easy their technology makes the customization and ordering process. You can get a printed sample before placing your full order (this is huge and very rare!), choose from 40 different colored envelopes, and they have an easy way to capture addresses which makes holiday cards + wedding-related invitations so much easier. Yes, this post is sponsored but I’ve been truly impressed with the huge range of product offerings at Basic Invite and hope you’ll love it, too!

P.S. They’re currently offering 15% off your order with code 15FF51
