A typical every-other-Friday post coming in on a Monday because I didn’t finish this last week! My posting has been more sporadic in recent weeks than it ever has before and instead of getting frustrated like I normally would, I’m cutting myself some slack and embracing slower nights and weekends instead of hopping on my computer. Work has been increasingly busy (in a good way, still–I feel really grateful for that!) and we’re trying to tick off some big wedding-related to-dos before we send out save the dates in the next few weeks. We’re less than a year out now and are definitely starting to get into the nitty gritty of logistics, and I’m also building our website on Squarespace and am teaching myself as I go!
Before some links I’ve saved lately, a note on the margaritas above! I made them on Saturday night and they were a huge hit. I juiced three limes and an orange and made each with some juice, Casamigos, and a splash of simple syrup. Mine had a generous splash of Grand Marnier and J’s was jalapeno (just add a few slices to the shaker and it infuses). I’ll definitely be making both again and would highly recommend if you’re in the mood for some homemade margs!
+ I really want to make this cake Merritt shared–I love trying recipes that have been in people’s families for years!
+ We’ve had panzanella salad four times last week and Lauren’s version with halloumi sounds delicious!
+ I’m obsessed with Mackenzie’s powder room reveal.
+ Another great before and after: Kelly’s living room!
+ Jackie spills the details on her gallery wall (including where she got her frames). She has an incredible eye and I always love getting the scoop on her sources!
+ We made this crispy rice bowl last week and it was delicious! A delicious vegetarian option to make at home.
+ I first tried orange wine last summer and while it’s not something I’d reach for all the time, loved exploring a new to me variety when I’m in the mood for something light and crisp. This is a great post from Grace if you’re looking to try it out yourself!
+ Victoria concocted the best Tex-Mex salsa ever–make a double batch, trust me. We go through this stuff so fast!

+ A peek at my wedding shoes–they’re actually my dream sandal!
