Chocolate Strawberry Protein "Milkshake"

Servings 1


  • 1 cup strawberries (I used frozen)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (I used frozen, but fresh would be ideal since it’ll blend better with the thick milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Plant Protein Milk
  • Handful of ice, if you used fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (we have this one–it’s good for the price, just let frozen ingredients sit for a little longer before blending). You may need to pause and stir part way through, since the milk is thick and may need some help blending with frozen ingredients. 

  2. Top with chia seeds if desired. Grab a straw, pour, and enjoy!
