Mango Lemonade Green Smoothie

Servings 1 smoothie


  • 1 cup frozen spinach (or fresh)
  • 3/4 cup mango lemonade (I got mine at Trader Joe’s, but you could use another kind of mango-blended juice)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • Few cubes of ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately.
