frozen spinach (or fresh)

mango lemonade
(I got mine at Trader Joe’s, but you could use another kind of mango-blended juice)

banana
1/4
cup
frozen pineapple
Few cubes of ice

tbsp
chia seeds
(optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
