In a glass, combine approximately 4oz rosé with 2oz seltzer. Adjust proportions accordingly depending on the size of your glass, to taste, or for strength.
Add watermelon and a couple leaves of basil to each glass. For stronger watermelon flavor, use a spoon or muddler to slightly break the fruit chunks down. Chill or add a few ice cubes before serving.
