Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bites

Servings 16 bites


  • 1 heaping cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well-combined––you’ll likely have to use your hands.

  2. When ingredients are combined, grab a small handful and roll mixture into small balls. If its too sticky and hard to roll, gradually add a few oats and a tablespoon of peanut butter until you get a consistency that’s easier to shape.

  3. Arrange the balls on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. I leave these in the fridge for up to a week and a half (portioned out into baggies of two so they’re easy to grab and go!).
