Aperol Rosé Slushies

Servings 2 drinks

  • 1 cup rosé wine (It doesn't have to be fancy–I used Charles Shaw)
  • 1/3 cup Aperol
  • 4 strawberries (I tried it with frozen and fresh–both work great)
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 10 ice cubes

  1. In a blender, combine the rosé, Aperol, strawberries, and ice. Blend until smooth (you'll still see some small chunks of strawberry, and that's okay).

  2. Cut a lime into quarters.

  3. Divide and pour into two glasses and add the juice from a quarter of lime to each glass. Garnish each glass with the remaining two quarters and serve cold!

Recipe Notes

If the strawberries and liquid start to separate in a glass, just give the drink a good stir!
